What is the GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the European Union regulation governing how organisations collect, store and process the personal data of EU citizens. It came into force on 25 May 2018 and applies to MatrixAI Studio.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data only when a valid legal basis exists:
- Contract performance: to provide the service you have registered for.
- Legal obligation: when the law requires us to retain or communicate data.
- Legitimate interest: to ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
- Consent: for non-essential cookies and commercial communications.
